Jeremiah created Hoops while on a tiktok live stream. This is water color and posca pen. This was a reverse neurographic art. Where Jeremiah did water color as the base, then drew his scribble, rounded the corners and added the black rings as accents. It came together very naturally. Get one for your wall today!
